The Selling Out of Sedona

The City’s Economic Plan to attract new businesses and developers from out-of-town and out-of-state makes the problems we are facing even worse. We have already seen the damage this has done so far. More of it makes the problems even worse.

The Selling of Sedona is not the answer. It’s the problem.

Oak Creek creek front property is the next victim. Olson Development is proposing a horrific development on 11.5 acres on Schnebly Hill Rd.

The Planning and Zoning Commission will decide whether the Developer’s design meets the Zoning and CFA requirements. We have started a petition to remind the P&Z Commission that the expectations of the Schnebly Community Focus Area (CFA) must be met. They are not aspirational. They are part of the Zoning criteria.
